Kelly C -- Just Like The CD!!!

When 'Candlelight: The Best of Hans Zimmer' hit the stage, it was truly remarkable! Live, her vocals were just as impressive as they are on the album. Her talent is undeniable! From the opening song "All I Ever Wanted" to her latest #1 hit "My Life Would Suck Without You", my jaw remained on the floor. She managed to create an intimate club atmosphere at the packed Covelli Centre by sharing personal stories and banter between songs, keeping the crowd captivated. In addition to her original songs, she surprised us with covers of unexpected artists such as Kings Of Leon, Patsy Cline, Alanis Morrissette, and even The White Stripes!

Definitely looking forward to catching 'Candlelight: The Best of Hans Zimmer' live again when she returns to the area.

Are you kidding me?

I have seen Candlelight: The Best of Hans Zimmer at least half a dozen times over the last fifteen years and I’m a big fan. He’s one of the few comics who constantly provides new material that is as funny as his prior material.

As in most entertainment cases these days, the only option is to purchase etickets. However, two days before the show, we discover that the venue will now require all cellphones to be locked in a pouch after the tickets have been scanned. Just another delay and hassle detracting from the performance. Maybe there were twenty five people trying to unlock five thousand cellphones after the show? Great, now everyone has to wait in line to have the pouch unlocked to retrieve their cellphone. If this was so much of an issue, they should have offered the option of paper tickets. I could have just left my cellphone in the car.

Lynyrd Synyrd Still Rocks

The packed Casino Ballroom was alive with the band playing all great hits. If you move, you lose, as the General Admission event meant. The sound was large and hot, but you did not notice in the sweaty atmosphere. From our vantage point, the band was huge and played excellently. I always like the performers to remember that I am there, and they included the crowd flawlessly. In the beginning of the night, much anticipation of their arrival on stage, then the concert seemed too short. I could have rocked on with them into the early am hours!

We Love Pentatonix, All-State Arena Handled Crowds Well

"After a long wait in car lines and at the venue entrance, we finally reached our seats after 8 pm even though we left home with ample time for the 7:30 pm concert. The concert start was delayed to accommodate the majority of attendees being seated. The magic happened then. We adore Candlelight: The Best of Hans Zimmer. At All State Arena, we had a clear view of most of the audience from our seats. The more emotional songs were accompanied by audience IPhone light displays. Good sound quality and staging. Intermission was prolonged again due to restroom lines (men’s too!). Vaccine cards were checked for Covid and masks were mostly worn by attendees. Beverages and such were available for purchase. Felt as secure as possible in a large crowd. We are delighted we attended. A delightful memory was made. Exiting the parking lot was surprisingly easy. Who would have thought!"
